Let us join cities and states across the nation protesting at the same time. As Trump readies himself for a grand entrance to address a Joint Session of Congress we’ll be lining Sims Way waving our Stop the Coup and Preserve Democracy messages to ferry and rush hour traffic. The grassroots group 50501 is coordinating with us.
We’ll center our action at the reader-board behind the Garden Center. From there we’ll spread out along Sims Way between the Safeway intersection and the Kearney Street roundabout by the Co-Op. Bring bold signs that will be readable to moving cars (Big letters!) Parking at the Haines Park and Ride is the best bet.
